01//Fine Art – Charcoal Series
2019
Charcoal on Paper

During college, what began as a casual elective turned into the unexpected discovery of a hidden talent. I found myself drawn to fine art—initially as a creative outlet amid the academic grind. Without formal training in charcoal artwork prior to college, I relied on emotion and observation to guide my process. Professors and peers started to take notice of my work, and it resulted in a small but impactful collection of fine art pieces that reflected not only technical growth but also a deep, authentic connection to tangible creative expression.

05//Inktober 2020

Digital Medium in Procreate

As a lead-up to the best holiday of the year—Halloween—this first-ever Inktober challenge drew inspiration from Japanese folklore and horror stories. With quarantine making it easy to slip into creative stagnation, the project served as a way to stay sharp, maintain an illustrative edge, and stay engaged through a consistent, personal theme.

Digital Medium in Procreate

In this second consecutive year of Inktober, the focus shifted to witchy, tarot-inspired concepts. With improved time management and a stronger sense of direction, the challenge became an opportunity to push creative boundaries. Each piece followed a more structured format—tarot card–styled illustrations that explored themes of magic, mysticism, and witchcraft. The project not only refined illustrative technique but also allowed for deeper storytelling through symbolism and visual consistency, bringing a cohesive and intentional aesthetic to the month-long series.

Social Media Template Design

Brookfield Properties wanted a modern, user-friendly website to showcase its extensive portfolio of properties across the U.S., with a clean, intuitive design that allowed each property to stand out while maintaining a consistent brand identity. We developed tiered, branded templates that made it easy for them to customize individual property pages, ensuring each had its own unique feel while staying cohesive with the overall brand. In addition to the website, Brookfield also needed social media and email templates for resident announcements, building promotions, and retail partner communications. These templates were designed for flexibility and ease of use, enabling Brookfield to efficiently connect with its audience across multiple channels while maintaining a polished, professional look.

UX//UI Study

‘Anything and everything is already available online and there are all kinds of niche sites out there to help people discover new items,’ said Sucharita Mulpuru, chief retail strategist for conference producer Shoptalk. ‘That’s something available in spades anywhere you turn online.’ Since QVC has such an extensive and robust assortment of products, their mobile app felt dated in exhibiting them in the best light possible.

Wellen Park and Downtown Wellen really show off the creative magic that happens when Streetsense’s Urban Design, Brand Development, and Marketing teams come together. We brought the Wellen Park story to life in three main ways. First, Downtown Wellen connects the community with a stunning waterfront spot that's great for everyone. We designed a walkable area around a lakefront green with plenty of space for events. Next, we gave the brand a fresh new look and a transition plan to share the update with key players. Finally, our Marketing Team rolled out a strategic plan, including a revamped WellenPark.com, to engage the right audience throughout their journey.

Grey Nun believes that an excellent elementary education is more than the sum of its elements. It is the result of a well-balanced approach that blends the interests, needs and talents of individuals into a welcoming community. It comes from seeing students not as blank books waiting to be filled with the same facts, but as artworks in progress, who discover their potential by questioning, thinking creatively and seeing the big picture.
