Wellen Park and Downtown Wellen really show off the creative magic that happens when Streetsense’s Urban Design, Brand Development, and Marketing teams come together. We brought the Wellen Park story to life in three main ways. First, Downtown Wellen connects the community with a stunning waterfront spot that's great for everyone. We designed a walkable area around a lakefront green with plenty of space for events. Next, we gave the brand a fresh new look and a transition plan to share the update with key players. Finally, our Marketing Team rolled out a strategic plan, including a revamped WellenPark.com, to engage the right audience throughout their journey.
Streetsense was brought in to give a fresh look to one of the top-selling master-planned communities in the country, previously known as West Villages. Nestled on Florida's Gulf Coast between stunning beaches and the Myakka River’s lush landscapes, Wellen Park needed a complete revamp. We not only rebranded the community but also gave its website a major update to reflect the new vibe. Along with creating a lively town center plan and a growth strategy, we focused on making sure the website truly represented the refreshed Wellen Park and connected with everyone in the community.
The redesign of the Wellen Park website was all about creating a unified look that mirrors the changes at the physical location. We incorporated the new floral elements into the site’s design, ensuring that the online presence aligns perfectly with the refreshed branding and aesthetics of the community. This cohesive approach not only enhances the visual appeal but also makes the experience of exploring Wellen Park online feel just as engaging and connected as visiting in person. The goal was to make sure that whether you’re strolling through the community or browsing the website, you get the same vibrant, welcoming vibe.
