Hello!

— A little bit about me;

Like a lot of young kids during high school, when it came to jobs, I was completely at a loss when trying to figure out what I wanted to do as a career path. However, I knew it had to relate to art in some way. I've always loved the creative process and excelled in it since I was very young, so I knew whatever I chose as my career would have to do with art since it would be something that I'd be happy to do for the rest of my life. During the last couple years of high school, I went out on a limb and took a course in 'Graphic Communications' [before it was called ‘Graphic Design’] at Bucks County Vocational Technical School, and fell in love with the craft immediately.

I went on to go to Bucks County Community College and Arcadia University and graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design. During my time there, I worked for the university’s marketing department and also began working for LumenOptix, LLC part-time. Soon after, I graduated and went on to become full time, and had a hand in rebranding the company.

I soon moved on to freelancing and worked for a pharmaceutical//healthcare company as a production artist, which, due to the nature of the detail-intensive work, helped me gain the unyieldingly-keen eye for detail that I have today.

Soon after, I joined the creative team of FZ Creative. There, I lead and administered creative design projects for web design as well as complete branding packages. I also created innovative campaigns, branding strategies and unique concepts to effectively expand FZ’s clientele. This included developing rationale alongside any branding projects and brainstorming alongside team members and special project Managers to provide unique concepts and design that will exceed clients’ expectations. This was the process I used to create fresh and engaging designs, artwork, content and graphics developed by the creative team with the Creative Director.

Moving forward a couple of years into the future, I landed a job at QVC as an Art Director. There, I lead and administered creative design projects in support of ongoing marketing platforms’ [for both web and on-air] assets. During my time here, I coordinate closely with the Creative Director on these decks up until project completion [Decks define and support a unified message to reach QVC customers through a cohesive, shared experience across multiple QVC platforms.].

In my free time lately, I’ve been getting back into the swing of drawing and teaching myself more about the creation of digital artwork. I’ve also been experimenting with mixed media in painting. When I’m not doing that, I’ve been keeping a close eye on design trends and how the world has been reacting to recent events.

Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to know more, or if you’d just like to chat!
